Information you send

This website does not collect information through a web form or set analytics or advertising cookies. If you email Mako, your email service sends the message to us. We receive the details you choose to include, such as your name, company, contact information and an outline of your procurement enquiry.

How it is used

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether Mako's services are suitable and, if you choose to proceed, communicate about the work. Please do not send confidential contracts or prices until an appropriate sharing arrangement has been agreed.

Storage and sharing

Messages are held in the email service used by Mako. Information may also be held in working documents needed to respond or deliver an agreed project. It is not sold. We may share information with professional advisers or suppliers only when needed for an agreed purpose and subject to suitable controls.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you, subject to applicable legal and business record obligations. Send requests to rob@makoprocurement.co.uk. We will review them under applicable UK data protection law.

Site hosting

The hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. Links to other services, including your email app, are governed by their own privacy practices.
